1. International Shipping & Customs

Some orders may be shipped internationally. We are not responsible for any tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the customs authorities or shipping carrier upon delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be responsible for all customs charges, duties, and taxes that may apply to your shipment. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our store.

If a refund is approved as an exception, the refunded amount will be reduced by a refund fee of (2.9% + $0.30) for the following:

• Items damaged during shipping (please contact us for assistance)
• Items that do not meet your expectations
• Items that do not fit
• Pre-order items
• Regular stock items

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require full payment upfront. These items will ship when they become available. Estimated shipping times are provided but are not guaranteed. The no-refund policy applies to all pre-order purchases.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Optional shipping protection services may be offered at checkout:

• Shipping Insurance covers the declared value of your items in case of loss or damage during transit.
• Adult Signature Required requires an adult signature upon delivery for added security.

If you decline Shipping Insurance and/or Adult Signature Required, you acknowledge and agree that you assume the risk of loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, or delivery disputes once the shipment has been handed to the carrier or delivered without signature confirmation. In those circumstances, we are not responsible for carrier-related claims or losses that could have been mitigated by those optional services.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
